Your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the perishable nature of food products, our refund policy differs from standard retail goods.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns for food products once they have been delivered, due to health and safety regulations. However, we do offer replacements or refunds in specific scenarios.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Damaged Product: If the packaging is tampered with or the product is damaged upon arrival.
- Wrong Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
- Spoiled Goods: In the rare event the product is not fresh.
To claim a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and inspected (via photos), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that window, the order may have already entered the processing phase and cannot be cancelled.
